How do I set up my webinar pixel?

If you use WebinarJam or EverWebinar to host presentations and sell your products, you can integrate these platforms with Hotmart to better track the performance of your broadcasts.

With this setup, you can connect webinar data to sales made through Hotmart, making it easier to analyze the performance of your offers and identify participants who completed a purchase.

In this article, you'll learn how to configure tracking in WebinarJam or EverWebinar and how to complete the integration with Hotmart.

 

How do I configure tracking in WebinarJam?

Before setting up the pixel on Hotmart, you need to create an offer within your webinar. To do this:

  1. Log in to your WebinarJam account.
  2. On the home page, locate the webinar you want to configure.
  3. Click to open the event settings.
  4. Go to the Live stage.
  5. Open the Product Offers section.
  6. Click Add New Offer.
  7. Fill in the offer details:
    • Offer name.
    • Title or description.
    • Button text.
    • Offer link: in this field, use the Promotion Link (HotLink) for the product registered on Hotmart.
  8. Save your changes.

After creating the offer, go to the webinar's Goal Tracking section to locate the tracking data generated by the platform. This information will be used in the Hotmart configuration.

 

How do I configure tracking in EverWebinar?

EverWebinar uses a similar setup, but offers are displayed automatically during the recorded broadcast.

To configure it:

  1. Log in to your EverWebinar account.
  2. Open the webinar you want to edit.
  3. Go to the Live stage.
  4. Locate the Live Content section.
  5. Click Add Event.
  6. Select Product Offer.
  7. Configure the offer by providing:
    • Name.
    • Description.
    • Offer link: in this field, use the Promotion Link (HotLink) for the product registered on Hotmart.
    • Display start and end times.

After saving the configuration, access the webinar's tracking area to locate the data generated by the platform.

Important: If you convert a webinar created in WebinarJam into an automated webinar in EverWebinar, new tracking data may be generated. In these cases, you will need to update the configuration on Hotmart.

 

How do I integrate the webinar with Hotmart?

After configuring the offer in WebinarJam or EverWebinar, follow the steps below to complete the integration:

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.hotmart.com.
  2. In the side menu, click Tools, then Show All.
  3. Search for Tracking Pixel.
  4. Choose the product you want to configure.
  5. Then select the WebinarJam option.
  6. Enter the code generated by the webinar platform.
  7. Click Save.

After the configuration is complete, the tracking data will start being associated with sales of the selected product.

What should I do if tracking is not working?

If the data is not being recorded correctly, check the following:

  • The offer was created within WebinarJam or EverWebinar.
  • The Promotion Link used in the offer matches the correct product on Hotmart.
  • The tracking code entered on Hotmart is the same one generated by the webinar platform.
Do I need to set up the integration again if I create a new webinar?

Yes. Each webinar has its own offer and tracking configuration. Whenever you create a new event, make sure the information used on Hotmart is still correct.
