How do I set up the Woopra pixel on Hotmart?

Woopra is a customer journey and behavior analytics tool that allows you to track user interactions across different touchpoints, such as websites, emails, and other digital channels.

By integrating the Woopra pixel with Hotmart, you can track events related to your sales process and use this information to analyze results and better understand your customers' behavior.

What do I need before getting started?

Before setting up the integration on Hotmart, you need to have an active Woopra account and a project created on the platform.

After creating your project, locate the pixel ID provided by Woopra. This information will be used during the integration with Hotmart.

Since Woopra may update its interface periodically, we recommend consulting the platform's official documentation if you have any questions about how to find your project ID.

 

How do I set up the Woopra pixel on Hotmart?

To add the Woopra pixel to your product, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Tools and then Show all.
  3. Select Tracking Pixel.
  4. Choose the product that will receive the configuration.
  5. Click the Woopra option.
  6. Paste the Project Domain obtained from Woopra and click Continue.
  7. Select the event types you want to track. At this stage, also review the advanced settings available for the integration.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. To finish, click Save.

After saving the configuration, Hotmart will start sending the events selected during setup to Woopra.
