Hotmart Webinar is a tool that allows you to host live broadcasts to capture leads, present content, and interact with your audience in real time. During the broadcast, you can use features such as live chat, action triggers, and performance reports to monitor participant engagement.

How do I create a webinar?
To create a broadcast, follow these steps:
- Access your Hotmart account at: https://app.hotmart.com.
- In the left-hand menu, click Tools and then See all.
- Select Webinar.
- Click Create webinar.
- Choose the broadcast mode you want to use.
Important: the broadcast link must be from YouTube or Vimeo. These platforms allow you to stream content to multiple people at the same time.
- Enter the title and description of the broadcast.
- Choose whether you want to allow replay after the broadcast ends.
- Set the event date and time.
- Click Continue.
Important: each broadcast can last up to 2 hours and support up to 200 simultaneous participants.
How do I promote a webinar to my audience?
After creating your broadcast, you can share the registration link with your audience.
To access the link:
- Log in to your Hotmart account.
- In the upper-right corner, click the Navigate menu (nine-dot icon).
- Select Tools.
- Click Webinar.
- Choose the desired broadcast.
- Click Invite your audience.
That's it! You can now use the generated link to promote your broadcast.
How do I use the chat during a broadcast?
The chat allows your audience to send messages and ask questions while the broadcast is taking place, making the experience more interactive.
To enable the feature:
- Access your broadcast.
- Enable the Chat option located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Important information about the chat
- Chat can be enabled or disabled at any time.
- Inappropriate comments can be deleted.
- You can reply to messages individually during the broadcast.
How do I create clickable triggers in my live chat?
Triggers help direct your audience's attention during the broadcast. You can create buttons with external links or highlight important messages on the screen.
To create a trigger:
- Access the live broadcast you have already created.
- In the side menu, click the Triggers tab.
- Click New trigger.
- Choose the trigger type:
- External link button: creates a button that directs participants to an external page.
- Highlighted message: displays a fixed message on the screen.
- Fill in the required information:
- In Trigger text, enter the message that will be displayed.
- If you select External link button, also fill in the Button text and Destination link.
- Under Display time, choose whether the trigger will remain active throughout the broadcast or for a specific period.
- Under Background color, select the desired color.
- Click Continue to save.
- Activate the trigger at the desired moment during the broadcast.
Important: only one trigger can be displayed at a time.
How do I access leads from a broadcast?
Leads are the contacts captured during the registration process for your broadcast. You can view them directly on the platform or export them as a CSV file.
To access leads:
- On the Webinar home page, click Leads (@) in the side menu.
- Locate the desired broadcast.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Click Export list to download a CSV file containing the captured leads.
- Click the broadcast name to view registered participants.
On the details screen, you can view information about the collected leads.
How do I access my broadcast report?
The broadcast report provides important information about your webinar's performance.
You can track data such as captured leads, audience participation, number of chat messages, trigger clicks, and broadcast duration.
To access the report:
- Log in to your Hotmart account.
- In the left-hand menu, click Tools and then See all.
- Select Webinar.
- Choose a completed broadcast.
- Click Broadcast report.
That's it! You can now view all available metrics.
To download the participant list, click Download list (.csv).
