To register your Brazilian bank account and receive your balance in Reais, you must have made your first sale on our platform and have all your registration details verified and approved. Once the sale is complete, the bank account registration form will become available.
This article is for users who reside in Brazil and make sales in Reais.

❯ To register your bank account for withdrawals in Reais, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account via the link https://app.hotmart.com/.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your profile picture and select My account.
- Within My account, click on the Financial information tab and then select New account.
- As a security measure, confirm the password you use to access your Hotmart account.
- After confirming your password, you must enter the verification code sent to the email address registered in your Hotmart account. Remember to check your inbox, spam and junk mail.

In the registration form, the Nature of the bank account and Name of the Recipient fields will be automatically filled with the data registered in your Hotmart account. These details must match those of the bank account being registered.
a. Important: If there are discrepancies, your account may be rejected. If you need to update documents, check the article How can I change the documents in my Hotmart account?. - Complete the form with your bank account details (if your account doesn’t have a check digit, simply leave that field blank).
- In Other documents, you can optionally include proof of the bank account provided. This proof can be, for example, a statement showing the branch number and the CPF or CNPJ of the account holder.
- Click Send account for approval.
After submission, our team will verify your account within 5 business days.
Important: If you need to change the registered bank account, you will have to delete it and register a new one. This is because it is not possible to edit a bank account that is already registered in your Hotmart account.
❯ To delete a registered bank account, follow these steps:
- On the My account page, click on the Financial information tab.
- Find the account you want to delete, click on the three-dot menu under Actions, and select Remove.

If you want to register a new account after deleting one, click on New account and follow the same steps as before.
❯ Important Information
- Your bank account must be registered in the same country where you reside. You cannot register bank accounts from countries different from the one registered on the platform.
- Changes to your CPF or CNPJ can only be made after withdrawing all available funds from the account.
