How do I request a change of ownership for my account?
To maintain user security, some platform changes, like account ownership changes, must be handled with the help of Hotmart support.
In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps needed to request a change of ownership. If you need to update other account details like your name, date of birth, phone number, or time zone, please refer to this article for more information.
Before proceeding with an ownership change, you may need to withdraw the available funds from your account. See the recommendations below based on your balance:

No withdrawal is necessary if your balance is up to 5,000 BRL (in Brazilian Reais only).

A withdrawal is required if your balance exceeds 5,000 BRL or if you have funds in currencies other than BRL.
