How to update my Hotmart account information?

Keeping your account information up to date is crucial for the security and proper functioning of Hotmart’s services. You can update your details whenever needed, but in some cases, you may be required to submit new documents for review.

If you’ve purchased a product on Hotmart

When you make your first purchase on Hotmart, your account is automatically filled in with the information you provided on the payment page. However, we understand that sometimes you need to update certain details.

Here’s how to update your personal information. Click on the option you need to see the step-by-step guide:

Change personal information (name, email, address, country)
  1. Log in to your account at https://consumer.hotmart.com/.
  2. Click on the round icon in the top right corner and select My account.
  3. In the Personal information section, click Edit.
  4. Update your display name, full name, or username.
  5. Once done, click Save.

Important: Ensure that the information entered is correct and matches your personal details.

To change your email or country, Hotmart support will need to assist you. Check the specific articles for more information:

Change language and time zone
  1. Log in to your account at https://consumer.hotmart.com/.
  2. Click on the round icon in the top right corner and select My account.
  3. Go to the Settings section and click Edit.
  4. Choose your preferred language and time zone.
  5. Click Save.

Changes may take a few minutes to apply. If they don’t show up right away, try logging out and back in.



If you’re a creator and/or affiliate on Hotmart

As your business grows, you might need to update some information. Below are the options and how to make changes:

Change profile information (name, public information, language, time zone)
  1. Log in to your account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. Click on the round icon in the top right corner and select My account.
  3. In the Profile tab, edit the details you want and click Save changes.

Change legal status, tax information, address, country, and phone
  1. Log in to your account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. Click on the round icon in the top right corner and select My account.
  3. In the Personal information tab, edit the necessary information and click Save changes.

Change financial details

To update your bank account, you’ll need to remove the current account and register a new one. Follow the steps for withdrawals in Brazilian reais or withdrawals outside Brazil.
