How to withdraw my commission?

As your sales and business evolve, the next step is to withdraw the commission available for withdrawal. If you still don't know when your commissions become available, check the article When can I withdraw my commissions?.

In this article, we will guide you through the entire process of withdrawing amounts in different currencies, and the applicable fees.  We'll also explain the different statuses a withdrawal can take.

Register your financial information

Before learning how to make your withdrawal, some actions need to be taken, and the articles listed in this section can help. If you have not yet registered your financial information, check the articles:

Please note that users who wish to register a Brazilian bank account on the platform, for affiliation or co-production of Brazilian products, must have a Hotmart account registered in Brazil and subsequently register a Brazilian bank account.

Attention: whenever you need to carry out financial transactions on the platform, your PIN will be requested. The PIN contains 6 digits and is an additional security measure. If you have not yet created yours, check this article.

 

Learn how to withdraw your commission

With your bank account registered and knowing the amounts available for withdrawal, follow the steps below to transfer the amounts:

  1. Access your account on Hotmart through the link https://app.hotmart.com/
  2. In the left side menu, click on Wallet.
  3. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on Balance.
  4. If you have a balance available for withdrawal, click on the Request withdrawal button to the right.
  5. On the new screen, choose the account to receive the amount.
  6. Then, enter the withdrawal amount.
  7. Click on Calculate.
  8. To conclude, click on Make a withdrawal.

Important: If you request the withdrawal by noon (GMT-3), the payment will be made by the next business day. Requests made after noon (GMT-3) or on non-business days will be processed by the second business day after approval.

 

Withdrawing commission and fees

You can withdraw commissions in Euros or US Dollars normally through HotPay International. This option allows you to receive the money by transfer directly to the registered bank account.

The procedure for withdrawing these commissions is the same as indicated above, and the minimum withdrawal amount is US$ 50.00 or € 50.00 + fees.

Regarding withdrawal fees, Hotmart sets a variable fee depending on the amount you withdraw:

  More than € 200   € 3.00
  From € 150.01 to € 199.99   € 4.50
  From € 100.01 to € 150.00   € 6.00
  From € 50,01 to € 100,00   € 7,50

 

Withdrawing commissions in different currencies (except Brazilian Real)

Since February 2024, we have been automatically transferring all sales commissions available for withdrawal in currencies other than Brazilian Real (BRL) on a monthly basis. To find out more about the process, check out this article.

In addition to the automatic transfer, you can request a withdrawal at any time. The step-by-step process for withdrawing these commissions is the same as above, but you must choose to use Payoneer to redeem the amounts.

 

Withdrawing commissions in US Dollars to Colombian Pesos

If the country registered in your account is Colombia, you can withdraw sales in US Dollars to Colombian Pesos (COP). To do this, you need to register a Colombian bank account on the platform. Click here to find out how.

With the bank account registered, follow the steps indicated in the section Learn how to withdraw your commission, opting for the local account in step 5.

  • Due to new regulations from the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA), there has been a standardization of a fee for payments with conversions of purchases in Argentine Pesos (ARS) to offers in US Dollars (USD) or conversions of commissions in US Dollars (USD) to products offered in Argentine Pesos (ARS).
