In this article, you will learn all the steps to customize your members area and make it reflect your business identity.
- Log in to Hotmart and access the Hotmart Club via the following link: https://app.hotmart.com/membership/list.
- Inside your members area, click on Customization in the left-hand side menu;
- Click on the General tab to start customizing.
- Choose the Accent color of your members area. This will be the theme color of your Hotmart Club. You can select one of the suggested colors or enter the code for the color you want.
- Choose the Standard mode for your members area, light or dark. Then define whether the theme can be changed by users.
- When you finish making your settings, click on Post.
- Now go to the Header tab.
- Choose an image for your brand. Upload an image that represents your brand, either on a light or dark background.
- Your brand can be displayed in square or rectangular format. The image you choose must be in .PNG format with a transparent background and be no more than 5mb in size.
- Insert an alternative text for the image. This text helps visually impaired people understand the content of your image.
- Remember: if you have enabled theme switching in the previous tab, the student can change the display theme as they wish.
- Click on Post.
- Now go to the Banner tab to customize the banner that will appear on the home page of your members area. You can choose up to 3 different images - static, dynamic or in video format - and they will be displayed as a carousel.
- Please note: insert content with the correct dimensions to guarantee your customers the best experience.
- Choose an image for the desktop version as well as for smartphones.
- Remember that the image on a banner is displayed in rectangular format, so any image outside this proportion will be automatically adjusted. Suggested sizes are:
- Banner for computers: 1920x800 pixels
- Banner for smartphones: 720x960 pixels
- Banner in GIF format: maximum 5mb
- Do as before and create an alternative text for the banner images.
- If you wish, you can enable the banner text. You can write a short message to your students that will be displayed next to the chosen image.
- You can also enable the banner button. You can display a CTA - call to action - and an external link and direct your students where you want them to go.
- Another option you can choose to enable is the banner link and insert an external link. In this case, the image will not have a CTA button, and any point on the banner where the customer clicks will direct them out of your members area.
- Once you've finished making your changes, click on Post.

In the Sections tab, you can create sections to organize your contents, whether they are modules or products.
- Product section:
- To start editing, click on + Create Section.
- Select Products, then create a title for your section, such as "Highlights" or "Latest Releases" - be creative!
- Define the cover format (horizontal or vertical) for the products you want to use.

Select the products you want to add to this section.
Please note: the product must have active sales for the section to appear in the product display.- Trails and modules section:
- Select Trails or Modules, then create a title for your section and link the desired product.
- After linking the product, the section will have up to 12 modules, for example.
Please note: the product must have active sales for the section to appear in the product display.
Important: Each Hotmart Club can have a maximum of 12 sections created, and each section can contain up to 12 products. The modules and trails sections automatically select the first 12 contents.
- If you have created several product sections and want to organize them, you can choose the order of the sections on the page.
- Click on the "=" icon of the chosen section.
- Move the section to the desired position.
- When you've finished configuring the settings, click on Post.
- Finally, in the Login screen tab, you can customize the access experience to your members area according to your brand identity and the images you have chosen.
- To customize your brand, if you haven't done it yet, click on Header. You will be directed to the setting area.
- Upload the background image for your access screen. To do this, simply click on + Upload media.
- Suggested dimensions: 2912x2160 pixels
- Format: JPEG or PNG
- Maximum size: 8 MB
- When you finish all the settings, click on Post.
Important: Whenever you add a new product, you'll need to create cover and header images for it. The cover image appears on your product display and the header at the top of the screen when the student accesses the product. We recommend the following dimensions for these two images:
- Product cover: 720x1040 pixels
- Product header: 2048x1024 pixels
