How do I access Hotmart Club?

Hotmart Club is Hotmart’s exclusive members area where creators organize and make their online courses available. When you purchase a product hosted on the platform, you gain access to a secure, interactive, and flexible environment where you can learn at your own pace.

In this article, you'll learn about the available ways to sign in to Hotmart Club, how to navigate your course interface, and what to do if you notice changes to the look and feel of your learning area.

 

How can I access Hotmart Club?

Accessing Hotmart Club is simple, and you can do it in two main ways, depending on how you prefer to access your content.

The easiest way is through the purchase confirmation email that Hotmart sends as soon as your payment is approved. This email includes a button or link to create your password (if this is your first time accessing the platform) and sign in directly to the creator’s members area.

You can also access it directly through your account:

  1. Go to your Hotmart account at: https://consumer.hotmart.com, and sign in using the email address you used when purchasing the course and your password. 
  2. Click the My Purchases tab in the left-side menu, where you'll find all the products you've purchased.
  3. Click the course you want to access to open that creator’s Hotmart Club.

What features are available inside the members area?

When you enter Hotmart Club, you'll find an interface designed to improve your learning experience on any device, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. 

The vertical menu on the left displays the Products tab, where you'll find the courses you've purchased as well as other offers from the same creator; the Communities section, where learners and creators interact through posts and updates; and the Points and Ranking section.

In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon to personalize your experience by switching between light and dark mode. This menu also provides shortcuts to your main purchases page, the Help Center, and the option to securely sign out of your learning environment.

What should I do if I have trouble accessing my course?

If you're having trouble loading your lessons or can't find your course in your account, check the following:

  • Make sure you're signing in with the same email address you used when purchasing the course.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using an incognito/private browsing window to rule out local loading issues.
  • Confirm that the access period set by the creator at the time of purchase is still active.
Why has my course changed its appearance?

If you've accessed this course before and noticed that the layout or overall design has changed, it's because the members area has been updated. Hotmart Club now offers a more modern and optimized experience, with faster loading times and improved support for offline content consumption.

The visual update becomes available when the creator enables this new version for their product.
