How do I request access to the group or community?
If access to the group, community, or social network is part of the product you purchased, contact the Producer directly. Only they can add new participants or send the access link.
You can find the Producer's contact information in the following ways:
Through the buyer's area
- Log in to your Hotmart account at: https://consumer.hotmart.com/.
- Click on My Purchases.
- Locate the desired product and click Show Details.
- The Producer’s contact email will be displayed just below the product name.
Through the payment page
During the purchase process, the Producer’s contact information is available above the product price. Just click Seller Contact to view the email.
Through the purchase confirmation email
After your purchase is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details. At the end of the message, you can also find the Producer’s contact email.
What is Hotmart’s role in this process?
Hotmart is responsible for the technology used to market and deliver products sold on the platform.
However, when the product offers access to external groups, communities, or social networks, managing these environments is exclusively the Producer’s responsibility. Therefore, only they can add participants, send invitations, or resolve access-related issues.
