How do I close or reactivate my buyer account at Hotmart?

Hotmart allows you to close or reactivate your account at any time. This process is available if you wish to end your relationship with the platform but feel the need to return one day.

Below you'll find the instructions on how to close your account, as well as how to reactivate it.

  • How do I close my buyer account? 

To do this, you will need to send a request by clicking on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. Select Update Registration Data as the contact reason and Other changes as the specification. 

Important: before proceeding with the closure of your account, it is necessary to check if you agree to no longer have access to the products you've purchased. Also, confirm if there are no active subscriptions or pending payments, as closing your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions or pending payments.   • How do I reactivate my buyer account? 

To reactivate your account, you will also need our Support team help. Send us a request by clicking on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. Select Access to my Registration as the contact reason, and I can't log in to my account as the specification. Fill in all the details and we will help you with your request.
