How do I find my purchase details?

By accessing your purchase details, you will be able to consult important information about the product you have purchased, such as the transaction number, the date of purchase, the amount paid, the creator's support email and the guarantee period for requesting a refund. 

❯ To access the details of your purchase, follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com.
2. Click on My purchases.
3. Choose the product you want and click Show details.
4. Under Transaction history, you will find the transaction number of your purchase. You must click on the arrow in the right-hand corner to view the purchase details, as in the image below:

Remember that all the details of your purchase are also sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of purchase, and you can search for them in your inbox or spam.
