When can I ask to cancel my purchase?

At Hotmart, it is possible to request a refund for a purchase, as long as it is within the guarantee period. 

This period can vary from 7, 15, 21 or 30 days, depending on the settings established by the creator when registering their product. 

This period is informed at the time of purchase, in the Terms of Purchase indicated on the payment page. It is also available in the details of your purchase, as shown in the image below:
