Sales Report

The Sales Report lets you track your sales performance with updated data in real time, customized filters, and period-based views. It is divided into tabs that help you analyze different aspects of your transactions.

Overview

The Overview tab shows a summary of the main sales indicators. In this tab, you can check information such as total sales, net revenue, refund rate, and chargeback rate.

You can also view charts and sections such as Total sales in the period and View by product, which help you understand sales evolution and each product’s performance.

On the side of the screen, you’ll find filters such as period, product, type of sale, format, transaction status, and payment method. These filters allow you to adjust the analysis based on what you want to track.

Sales Performance

The Sales Performance tab provides a more detailed analysis of the source and performance of your sales. It helps you understand where conversions come from and how each channel contributes to your results.

In this view, you’ll find indicators such as total sales, revenue, average ticket, tracked sales, and approval rate. The page also displays charts of tracked sales by period and performance tables by source.

Analyses can be organized by parameters such as UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Campaign, SCK, and SRC. This data is useful for tracking campaigns, promotional channels, and traffic strategies.

In addition to the basic filters, this tab may include extra filters, such as revenue type, currency, country of sale, recurrence, and sales source.

Sales Tracking

The Sales tracking tab was created to monitor sales in more recent periods and track transaction behavior during critical moments, such as launches or campaigns with a higher volume of visits.

In this section, you can view indicators such as approved sales, completed sales, approval rate, refused sales, ongoing sales, and one-time buyers.

The tab also includes the Approval history, which shows the relationship between purchase attempts and the approval rate throughout the analyzed period.

Another available area is the Refusal analysis, which organizes incomplete purchase attempts by reason. You can also check the Declines by customer view, when available. This data helps identify possible points of attention in the payment process.

On the side of the screen, you can filter by period, product, payment method, and country of sale. The section may also allow you to search a customer’s purchase history using their email address.

Recurrences

The Recurring Sales Report brings together information about subscriptions and other recurring sales. It allows you to track revenue, retention, churn, and the evolution of recurring revenue over time.

Depending on the payment methods and features enabled in your account, the report may show other analysis tabs, such as Automatic Recovery and Smart Installments. These tabs appear according to the availability of the features used in your recurring sales.

Overview

The Overview tab shows the main indicators for your recurring sales. In this tab, you can track data such as active subscriptions, new subscriptions, renewals, net revenue, Life Time Value (LTV), trial subscriptions, and trial conversion.

The section also displays charts of revenue received throughout the period, with views that help compare new subscriptions, renewals, and other recurring revenue entries.

On the side of the screen, you can apply filters by subscription start period, product, offer code, frequency, currency, and revenue type.

Retention and Churn

The Retention and Churn tab helps you track indicators related to subscriber retention and cancellations.

In this section, you can check information such as overdue revenue, overdue, canceled, churn, and life time. The page may also show the total number of canceled subscriptions and other analyses related to retention.

At the bottom, you can switch between views such as Retention, View by product, and View by plans. These breakdowns help you understand subscription behavior at different analysis levels.

The side filters allow you to adjust the view by subscription start period, product, offer code, frequency, currency, and revenue type.

My Analytics

The My Analytics section brings together your main reports and metrics in one place. In this section, you can search for specific reports or data using the search bar.

When there are no registered sales yet, the page indicates that no sales have been made and that metrics will be displayed once there is recent data to analyze.

This section may also show suggestions for users who are just getting started, such as accessing Hotmart Academy content, creating a product, or affiliating with a product.
