How do I use My Insights to track my business performance?

My Insights brings together Hotmart's main reports and business metrics in one place, making it easier to monitor your business performance.

In this article, you'll learn how to access My Insights, explore the available metrics, and use the main features available on the page.

 

How do I access My Insights?

To access the page:

  1. Sign in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com
  2. From the left-hand menu, click Reports.
  3. Select My Insights.

Once you're on the page, you'll find a dashboard with your business's main performance indicators, organized by category.

 

What metrics are available?

The available metrics are organized into categories to help you monitor different aspects of your business performance.

Revenue

Most popular payment methods: displays the five payment methods that generated the highest revenue over the last 30 days.

Top revenue-generating products: shows the five products that generated the highest revenue over the last 30 days.

Subscriptions

This section includes metrics related to the performance of your subscriptions, such as:

MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue): estimated monthly net revenue generated by your active subscriptions.

Performance metrics (LTV, Average Ticket, and Customer Lifetime): metrics that help you understand subscription performance over the last 12 months.

Subscriptions by status: distribution of subscriptions by current status.

Average subscription retention (%): average length of time customers remain subscribed.

Subscriptions by overdue payment period: number of overdue subscriptions grouped by payment delay.

New subscription churns by month: number of subscriptions canceled each month.

Monthly subscription churn rate (%): percentage of subscriptions canceled compared to active subscriptions.

Subscription cohort retention (%): percentage of subscriptions that remain active over time.

Canceled subscriptions overview: summary of subscription cancellations during the selected period.

Acquisition

Sales by country: displays the five countries where your products generated the most sales over the last 30 days.

Smart Installments

Monthly revenue forecast: estimated revenue expected from Smart Installments over the next 10 months.

Installment status: distribution of purchases by the number of installments selected and their current status.

Losses

Chargeback rate (last 30 days): percentage of chargebacks compared to credit card sales completed during the same period.

Important: Metrics are updated once a day (D-1) and include data through the previous day.

 

What else can I do in My Insights?

In addition to tracking your business performance, My Insights includes several tools to help you analyze your data more efficiently.

Filter by products

Use the All products filter to display metrics for a specific product or for all products in your account.

Customize your dashboard

You can choose which metrics appear on your dashboard.

To customize the dashboard:

  1. Click Customize dashboard.
  2. Select the metrics you want to display.
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

You can update these settings whenever you need.

Explore reports

Click Explore report on any metric to open the complete report with more detailed information.

Export the Sales Report

To export your sales data, click Export Sales Report, available at the top of the page.

Search reports

Use the Search report or data field to quickly find a report by name or keyword.

You can also browse reports using the Explore by topic menu.

Quick access

The Quick access section provides shortcuts to frequently used reports, including:

  • My Sales
  • Balance & Statement
  • Recovery Opportunities
