Hotmart’s subscriptions can have different status that will help the buyers, Affiliates and Producers to monitor the students in the system.
The subscription can have the following status:
Active: the payment of the last recurrence is up to date and the subscription is still valid.
Delayed: your customer is late with the payment of the last recurrence and the subscription is still in the current period.
Canceled by the Administrator: the subscription was canceled by the Hotmart Customer Support Team.
Important: subscriptions with 5 consecutive unpaid recurrences will be automatically canceled
(canceled by the administrator).
Canceled by the Customer: the cancellation of the subscription was made by the Buyer.
Canceled by the Seller: the cancellation of the subscription carried out by you, the Producer, or one of your collaborators.
Inactive: the first recurrence has not been confirmed/approved.
Started: the student received the invoice to pay for the first recurrence of the subscription, but the payment has not yet been confirmed.
Overdue: the subscription period has ended. The recurrences charged in this period may all be settled or there may be some overdue payments.
As a Producer, you can get more information about transactions and buyers by going to Subscription Management. To access it, you must follow the steps below:
- Access your Hotmart account through the link: https://www.hotmart.com/login
- In the side menu, click on Sales
- Click on the tab Subscriptions
- Apply the desired filters, located on the right side of the page, to get the information you need.
Note: the dates considered by the filters are the subscription activation dates.
