How to find reports for a subscription product
- Go to Hotmart
- On the left side, click Subscriptions
In this step, you can use filters that are on the right and give the following options:
- Active
- New subscribers
- No overdue recurrences
- Canceled
- At least 3 overdue recurrences
- With overdue recurrences
- Last recurrence overdue
- Not recovered yet
- Recovered
- Reports
- Tools
How to schedule the subscription report
It is possible to schedule the subscription report in a few steps, check out:
1. Click on Subscriptions in the menu on the left
2. Click on Subscriptions on the card to the right of the subscription management panel
3. Click on Schedule
4. Choose the format and frequency you want
5. Click Schedule to finish the procedure
