How can I change the documents in my Hotmart account?

Any changes to personal data on the platform are carried out with the support of the Hotmart support team to ensure user security.

Before starting the change process, the first step you should take is to withdraw any available funds from your account. 

After making the withdrawal, click on the Contact Us button at the end of this article and send us the following information:

  • Email of the account you want the documents to be changed;
  • Number of the document that is registered on the platform (Corporate or Individual Taxpayer ID);
  • Number of the document you want to register (Corporate or Individual Taxpayer ID);
  • Personal e-mail addresses of the people involved (whenever there is more than one person registered on both documents). 
  • Documents required according to the change you wish to make.

Below, we list the different scenarios for changing an account document. Click on the option that applies to your situation for detailed information on the necessary documents you need to send:

 

Change individual to company account

  • A photo of the personal ID of all parties involved (must have the person's photo and must be sent front and back);
  • A selfie of each of the parties involved holding a legible ID card;
  • Authenticated business registration certificate.

Important: Make sure that all images of the documents are of good resolution.

 

Change company to individual account

  • A photo of the personal ID of all parties involved (must have the person's photo and must be sent front and back);
  • A selfie of each of the parties involved holding a legible ID card;
  • Authenticated business registration certificate.
  • Proof of address of the new account owner.

Important: Make sure that all images of the documents are of good resolution.

 

Change company documents

  • A photo of the personal ID of all parties involved (must have the person's photo and must be sent front and back);
  • A selfie of each of the parties involved holding a legible ID card;
  • The Corporate Taxpayer ID registered in the account;
  • The new Corporate Taxpayer ID.

Important: Make sure that all images of the documents are of good resolution.

 

Change individual documents

  • A photo of the personal ID of all parties involved (must have the person's photo and must be sent front and back);
  • A selfie of each of the parties involved holding a legible ID card;
  • Proof of address of the new account owner.

With all the required documents ready, all you have to do is send them to us. To do this, click on Contact Us at the end of this article. Select Registration or change my personal information as the contact reason.

Once the request has been sent, it will be forwarded to the Hotmart team, who will assess the situation and the documents listed. If they find that the exchange is possible, a statement will be sent to both parties to authorize the change.
