How do I cancel my refund request?

If for any reason you have reconsidered your refund request or decided to regain access to the product you purchased, you have the option to cancel the request from your account if the refund has not yet been processed.

To cancel your refund request, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Log in to https://consumer.hotmart.com/.  
  2. In the My Purchases section, you'll find your Canceled purchases at the bottom of the page
  3. Select the product you want to keep and click Cancel refund request. 

After confirming the request of cancellation, you will be able to access your product again.  

 

Important Information:

  • After canceling your request, the warranty period of the purchase remains the same, since it is related to the purchase date. 
  • For products in event and ticket formats, it is not possible to cancel the refund request.
  • If the refund request has already been processed, it will not be possible to cancel the request.
