If you have one or more products registered in Hotmart and hosted in an external members area, we have a simplified process to migrate your product to Hotmart Club.
Before confirming the migration, you will have the opportunity to fully test our members area. You can add content, customize the environment, migrate your students, and after performing all necessary tests, put your product up for sale, providing automatic access to your students and taking advantage of all the benefits Hotmart Club offers.
Important: the migration process is intended exclusively for those transferring products already registered and sold on Hotmart that use an external members area to Hotmart Club. If you want to transfer your product from Course Management to Hotmart Club, access this article.
To migrate your product, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Hotmart through the link https://app.hotmart.com/.
- In the left sidebar menu, click on Products and select My products.
- Click on the product you want to migrate from an external members area to Hotmart Club.
- In the left sidebar menu, click on Course management, then on Migrate to Club.
- If you don’t have a Hotmart members area created, you can create one by following the steps in this article.
- If you already have one, now it’s time to add your product! To do this, select the desired members area and go to Add to Club.

At this point, your external members area remains the default access area for your students, and you can still test Hotmart Club by adding content, customizing your product, and even importing students to follow their experience in the new space (Club). All this without altering your product’s default environment (external). If you make sales during this period, your buyers will still have the current experience of accessing the external platform. - Once your Club is configured the way you want, the next step is to make the Club the default members area for your product. To do this, go to Products > My products > Choose the product > Course management > Migrate to Club > Finish migration > Confirm migration.
- Done! From this moment on, everyone who purchases your product will have the experience in the new members area.
Important: this configuration is available only for migrating members areas of products already registered and sold through the Hotmart platform.
