❯ Products: Manage all the products in your members area in one place.
By clicking on Products, you will find a list of all the products in your members area. By clicking on the three-dot menu for each of the products listed, you'll find the options to Edit, Customize image and Show promotional links.
- By clicking Edit or selecting a product from the list, you can: Edit the product’s content; Adjust settings; Activate the product display; Customize the product display; Set up certificates; Manage users, groups, comments, and communities.
- By clicking Customize Image, you’ll be taken to the product customization screen. Here, you can: Organize how the modules are displayed; Set banner and avatar images; Set up the cover image for the product display, if applicable.
- When you click Show promotional links, you’ll be redirected to the Hotlinks page in the product panel. On this page, you can: View the promotional links generated for both you and your affiliates; Find additional links and marketing materials.
Finally, to preview your product in the members area, click Preview.

❯ Communities: Create spaces where you can engage with your students and encourage interaction with your content.
When you click Communities, you’ll be able to create new communities and access the list of existing ones linked to your members area. Clicking the three-dot menu next to a community gives you options to manage it, including: Customizing the cover or icon and viewing the community as a student by selecting Student View.

❯ Moderation: Manage comments and replies for your products.
By clicking on Moderation, you will be able to moderate comments and replies on your products.
To do this, select All products or choose one of those listed in your members area, check Comments or Replies (depending on what you want to monitor) and finally select the status of Approved, Pending, Hidden or Spam. To find out more, refer to this article.

❯ Members: Manage your students and track their average progress and engagement in your Hotmart Club.
When you click Members, you’ll see a list of all students with access to your courses. This section allows you to manage users efficiently by using filters to find specific students by product and view detailed information about them.
Clicking the three-dot menu next to a user provides the following options:

User Details: View the student’s average progress, engagement, personal data, and access information. Additionally, check the list of products they have access to.

Resend Access: Send the student’s login details for the members area again.

Block or Unblock Access: Choose to block or unblock the student’s access to specific products.

Delete: Remove users who were imported (i.e., users who didn’t purchase a product) from the members area or specific products.

By clicking on Bundles, you can activate offers, offer combinations of products to your audience and increase engagement in your members area. By clicking Customization, you can adjust the appearance of your members area, product display, access screen, and individual products.

Edit Theme: Customize the main visual style of your members area by selecting colors and themes that represent your brand’s identity.

Product Display > Customize: Add a dynamic banner to the homepage of your members area. This is great for highlighting announcements, promotions, or important messages. You can also organize content into sections to make it easier for students to navigate.

Login page > Customize: Set a background image for your login page.

Customize (next to each product): Clicking Customize next to a product will take you to its individual customization page, where you can configure how the product is displayed.
