Hotmart Club: Everything you need to know about Hotmart’s Members Area

By clicking on Products, you will find a list of all the products in your members area. By clicking on the three-dot menu for each of the products listed, you'll find the options to Edit, Customize image and Show promotional links.

• By clicking Edit or selecting a product from the list, you can: Edit the product’s content; Adjust settings; Activate the product display; Customize the product display; Set up certificates; Manage users, groups, comments, and communities.
• By clicking Customize Image, you’ll be taken to the product customization screen. Here, you can: Organize how the modules are displayed; Set banner and avatar images; Set up the cover image for the product display, if applicable.
• When you click Show promotional links, you’ll be redirected to the Hotlinks page in the product panel. On this page, you can: View the promotional links generated for both you and your affiliates; Find additional links and marketing materials.

Finally, to preview your product in the members area, click Preview.

When you click Communities, you’ll be able to create new communities and access the list of existing ones linked to your members area. Clicking the three-dot menu next to a community gives you options to manage it, including: Customizing the cover or icon and viewing the community as a student by selecting Student View.

Click Settings to edit the community’s basic information, adjust access settings, and set permissions. For more details, check out this article.

By clicking on Moderation, you will be able to moderate comments and replies on your products.

To do this, select All products or choose one of those listed in your members area, check Comments or Replies (depending on what you want to monitor) and finally select the status of Approved, Pending, Hidden or Spam. To find out more, refer to this article.

When you click Members, you’ll see a list of all students with access to your courses. This section allows you to manage users efficiently by using filters to find specific students by product and view detailed information about them.

Clicking the three-dot menu next to a user provides the following options:

• User Details: View the student’s average progress, engagement, personal data, and access information. Additionally, check the list of products they have access to.
• Resend Access: Send the student’s login details for the members area again.
• Block or Unblock Access: Choose to block or unblock the student’s access to specific products.
• Change Group: Move the student to a different group. For more details about groups, refer to this article.
• Delete: Remove users who were imported (i.e., users who didn’t purchase a product) from the members area or specific products.

When you click Sales, you’ll have access to key features to help you create offers and increase revenue:

• Audience-Based Discounts: Configure which offers will be displayed on the homepage of your members area for existing students and which offers will appear for users who haven’t enrolled yet. For step-by-step instructions, access this article.
• Club Sales Page: Enable a dedicated sales page where students can purchase directly from the homepage of your members area. Learn more in this article.

By clicking on Bundles, you can activate offers, offer combinations of products to your audience and increase engagement in your members area. By clicking Customization, you can adjust the appearance of your members area, product display, access screen, and individual products.

• Edit Theme: Customize the main visual style of your members area by selecting colors and themes that represent your brand’s identity.
• Product Display > Customize: Add a dynamic banner to the homepage of your members area. This is great for highlighting announcements, promotions, or important messages. You can also organize content into sections to make it easier for students to navigate.
• Login page > Customize: Set a background image for your login page.
• Customize (next to each product): Clicking Customize next to a product will take you to its individual customization page, where you can configure how the product is displayed.
• To preview your changes, click the eye icon.

• Courses tab: Monitor key metrics such as access rates, user count, engagement levels, reviews, and completion rates. Learn more in this article.

By clicking on Settings, you can define some information and tools for your members area.

No, it’s not possible to add the same product to more than one members area. However, you can create different products and import shared content between them. This allows you to have distinct products in different members areas while using common content. For more details, access this article.

You cannot delete a product from a members area. However, you can move it to another members area you’ve created by following the steps outlined above in this article.

When a product is moved to a different members area, its link is updated, and students will no longer be able to access it using the previous link. However, students can still find and access the product via the My purchases menu after logging into the platform.

Yes, but only if there are no products linked to the members area. If there are products linked to it, you’ll need to move them to another members area before proceeding with deletion.

To delete a members area, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
2. In the left-side menu, click Products, then select Members area.
3. Find the members area you want to delete, click the three-dot menu, and choose Delete.
4. Select the reason for deletion and confirm your action by clicking Delete.

You can change the name of a members area at any time in the Settings tab. However, the URL cannot be changed once the members area has been created. If needed, you can set up a custom domain by following the steps in this article.

Yes! Individual products included in the bundle must be linked to the members area so that students can access them.

Yes! In Hotmart Club, you can view a real-time preview of how your members area and the products hosted in it will look. To enable the preview, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account and click Products > Members area in the left-hand menu.
2. Select the Club you want to manage and click Products.
3. Then, you’ll can preview your members area in two ways:
   • Preview your Club's showcase: Click the Preview button in the upper-right corner of the screen to see your members area homepage.
   • Preview a specific product: Click the View button next to each registered product to check how it will be displayed inside the Club.

Additionally, you can test the experience from different perspectives, such as creator, member with access, user with no access, and user logged-out. If you're previewing a product, you can also select the view by groups. To choose the preview perspective, simply access the preview screen and select the option in the upper-right corner.

If you have products that were set up in an earlier version of Hotmart Club, they will soon be automatically hosted in the most recent version. To ensure your students have a smooth transition, you can migrate your products to a new Hotmart Club, which will redirect all access to this updated experience.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Hotmart account at: https://app.hotmart.com.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Products and then Members area.
3. On the next screen, click + Create Hotmart Club.
4. Choose a name for your members area and, if you prefer, customize the access URL.
5. Select the products you want to migrate to the new members area and click Next.

From this point on, all access will be redirected to the new version of your members area, offering more intuitive navigation and new features.

Additionally, when you migrate your product to the new version, all content will be automatically transferred to Hotmart Club without needing to reconfigure anything:

• All classes (videos and materials) will remain available.
• Student comments will stay visible in each class.
• Students will continue accessing as usual since they will be redirected to the new URL generated after migration.
• Even if your product doesn’t receive new updates, students will still have access to it.

Yes! If you have one or more products registered on Hotmart and hosted in an external members area, you can migrate them to Hotmart Club at any time. For more details about the process, follow the instructions in this article.
