Why won't I receive any products at home?

Hotmart is a digital content distribution platform. All products sold in Hotmart are digital products. Whenever you buy a product at Hotmart, you will receive it via e-mail, not in your home address. Access details will be sent automatically by the system as soon as the order is approved. If your e-mail has not arrived, please check your trash and spam folders.

Some producers may have physical versions of the digital product they distribute via Hotmart and may be willing to send them to customers. However, this is an exclusive responsibility of producers, as established in our Terms of Use.
