What to do if the desired payment method is not available?

Hotmart provides over 20 payment methods, serving buyers in more than 180 countries. This variety ensures that people from different regions can purchase digital products on our platform. For more details about all available payment options, check out this article.

How are a product’s payment methods defined?

Each creator on Hotmart can choose the payment methods that best fit their product and sales strategy. This means that payment options, including installment plans, may vary depending on the settings the creator has configured on the payment page.

How to view the available payment methods?

When purchasing a product, make sure to select your country of residence to see the payment options available in your region and local currency. You can do this in the country selection menu in the top right corner of the payment page, as shown below:



What to do if the desired payment method is not available?

If the payment method you want to use is not available, you can contact the creator directly to ask if they can add that option. Since the setup of payment methods is managed by the creator, they can decide if it’s possible to accommodate your request.

To contact the creator, scroll to the bottom of the payment page and click on Need help? Contact. The creator's support email will appear, allowing you to send your request directly:
