Registering an account with Payoneer to make commission withdrawals is very simple. To start, it's important to ensure that you are logged out of any active sessions on Payoneer. If you are logged in, please log out before proceeding by accessing this link.
To register your account with Payoneer, follow the instructions below:
- Log in to Hotmart at https://app.hotmart.com/.
- In the upper right corner, click on the photo icon of your Profile and select the My account option.
- Select the Financial information tab and locate the Payoneer section.
- Read the description and click on Sign up.
- You will be redirected to the Payoneer page to start registering an account on the platform, if you do not have one yet, or to log in to your already created account by clicking on Already have a Payoneer account? Access.
- Choose the payment option that works best for your transfers and continue the registration.

When registering with Payoneer, your data will be automatically filled in with your Hotmart account information.
a. Important: If any of your data is outdated, go to the Personal information tab in your Hotmart account and update your registration information. To change the data in the locked fields, you need to contact the support team using the blue Contact us button located at the end of this article. -
Once you've finished registering with Payoneer, return to the Hotmart platform, still on the Financial information tab, and check the return status of your integration.
a. If your account is approved, you can request a withdrawal on the platform at any time by following the steps in this article.
b. If your account is rejected, you will receive a notification sent by Hotmart via email with instructions, and you will also be able to see the pending issues both in the Financial information tab in your Hotmart account and in the user profile on Payoneer.
Attention: It is important to remember that the Payoneer account must be in the same name as the Hotmart account. This means that your registration data must be the same on both platforms. In other words, if your registration on Hotmart is as an Individual, your Payoneer account must also be as an Individual and contain the same information.
