How to cancel my subscription?

When you sign up for a subscription product, a recurring payment plan is established at the time of your purchase (it can be weekly, monthly, half-yearly or yearly). Payments will be made according to the agreed frequency, which will allow you to keep the subscription active and enjoy your product.

Once payments have been made, you will have full access to the product's content. Our system automatically releases access based on the payments made, providing a simple and easy experience.

If, at any time, you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily request cancellation from our system. However, it is important to note that canceling will not result in a refund of the amount invested, but will prevent future charges. 

To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com.
  2. Select the product.
  3. Click on Set up payment.
  4. Next, select Do you want to cancel your subscription?.
  5. Please confirm the cancellation.

The possibility of obtaining a refund for a subscription only applies to the initial transaction of signing up to the product, if it is still within the guarantee period. Important information:

  • If you have paid your subscription by credit card in installments, you will receive the remaining charges until the end of the plan.
  • If you follow the steps in this article and still don't see the option to cancel, it's possible that your product is a Smart Installment plan and not a subscription. In this payment method, it is not possible to cancel pending installments.
