My Hotmart Sparkle account was blocked or my post was deleted for spam

Having a post deleted or having your account blocked on Hotmart Sparkle can happen as a result of any behavior that is characterized as a violation of Hotmart's Terms of Use, or for security reasons relating to our system.

How it works
To further improve the user experience on Sparkle, Hotmart created an automated content filtering system, which aims to combat spam.

The security system identifies posts and, if the system flags the content as inappropriate or spam, they are deleted.

Criteria for excluding inappropriate content and/or spam are documented in Sparkle's Terms of Use.

My account was blocked

If you have received a message or email informing you that account functions have been temporarily blocked or limited for a specific period of time, and you wish to dispute this block, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Access the following link and click on “Hotmart Sparkle”: https://help.hotmart.com/en/contact-us/sparkle
  2. FIll in the form fields;
  3. Confirm your access using two-factor authentication. 

An agent will contact you via email to confirm your information and complete your request.
