This article explains how to generate the invoice for your Hotmart purchase, where to find the transaction number, and what to do if the invoice must be issued by the Producer.
How can I download the tax invoice on Hotmart?
To generate the invoice for a purchase made on Hotmart, follow the steps below:
Enter the transaction number and the email address you used to purchase the product. You can find this number in the email you received with the product access details. It starts with two letters followed by a sequence of numbers, such as HP000000000. If you prefer, you can also follow the instructions in this article.
Click Continue.
Check the information on your receipt.
If you want, click Edit invoice to change the name, document, and address information on the tax invoice. After editing the information, you will need to confirm the change.
Click Download Invoice to download your receipt in PDF format.
If the tax invoice is not available and you see a message explaining that it must be issued by the Producer, contact the Producer to receive your tax invoice.
How can I request my tax invoice from the Producer who sold me the product?
If you need to contact the Producer to request your tax invoice, look for the contact information available on the Payment Page, in the Purchase Terms, and in the purchase/access confirmation email you received:
On the Payment Page, the Producer’s email address is available at the bottom of the page. Simply click “Please contact” to view it.
In the purchase/access confirmation email, you can check the transaction details and, at the end of the message, you will also find the Producer’s contact email.
