Getting an invoice for the product you purchased through Hotmart is really simple! Just follow the steps below:
1. Access https://consumer.hotmart.com/invoice.
2. Enter the name of the transaction and the email you used when buying the product.
Tip: the number of the transaction can be found in the email message you got when your order was approved and starts with HPXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
3. Click Continue.
4. Check the information on your invoice.
If you want, you can click on Edit Invoice to change information such as name, document number, and address. After you have made the changes, it will be necessary to confirm it, OK?
5. Click on Invoice Download to get your invoice in PDF format.
Attention: this invoice is only valid for products not purchased in Brazil or Colombia. For products purchased in Brazil or Colombia, the Creator is responsible for issuing your invoice and sending via email.
If you have not received it, please contact the Producer. The Producer's contact information is available on the Checkout Page, in the Terms of Purchase and in the purchase/access confirmation email you received:
- On the Checkout Page, the Producer's email is available below the Buy Now button. Just click on “Contact the creator about the product” to see it:
- Purchase/access confirmation email: you can check the details of the transaction and at the end of it also the Producer's contact email.
Please note that some sellers issue the invoice immediately after the purchase is approved, while others choose to issue it when the product's warranty period expires. To find out about the procedure adopted for the product you purchased, contact the Creator.
