How many Members Areas can I set up per account?

One. Right now, each Hotmart account can set up one Members Area.

How do I edit the name and URL of a Members Area that has already been created?

It’s not possible to edit the URL of an existing members’ area. In this case, the best option is to create a new members’ area.

Which product formats can be listed in the Members Area?

All formats are eligible to be listed. However, only courses hosted on Hotmart can be consumed in this environment.

Why am I unable to add a certain product in the Members Area?

Only products that have already been registered and have been activated can be added to the Members Area.

When a student buys a bundle in the Members Area, can all the products that are part of it be consumed automatically in the Members Area?

For bundle products to be consumed in the Members Area, the individual products must be linked directly to this area.

How many bundles can I add to be sold in a Members Area?

There’s no limit to the number of bundles.

Can I create single-payment or subscription bundles?

Yes! Single-payment bundles have been available ever since the tool's inception and, since August 2022, all Hotmart Creators can also create bundles with subscription plans.

How can I use my Hotmart Club Bundle Offers?

Any bundle created before Hotmart Club was activated can be activated in your Members Area.
