How to add WhatsApp and Telegram to my Hotmart Pages page?

Adding communication channels to your page is a practical way to make it easier to connect with leads and customers. In Hotmart Pages, you can include direct links or buttons that lead to individual conversations or groups on WhatsApp and Telegram.

What WhatsApp and Telegram options can I use on my page?

In Hotmart Pages, you can direct visitors to these channels in different ways:

  • WhatsApp floating button
  • Link to direct WhatsApp conversation
  • Link to WhatsApp group
  • Link to direct Telegram conversation
  • Link to Telegram group

Each option serves a different purpose and can be added using buttons or CTAs on the page.

 

How to add WhatsApp to my page?

In Hotmart Pages, you can add WhatsApp to your page to make it easier to connect directly with leads and visitors. Below are the available options and step-by-step instructions to set up each one according to the type of interaction you want to offer:

❯ WhatsApp floating button

The WhatsApp floating button remains visible while navigating the page and allows visitors to start a conversation with just one click.

To create this button, you need to use external platforms that generate the button code, such as Adamante or Robbu. On these platforms, enter your WhatsApp number with country code and area code, customize the text displayed on the button, and, if available, choose its position on the screen. At the end, generate and copy the provided code.

To insert the floating button in Hotmart Pages:

  1. Access your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. In the side menu, click Marketing and then Page creator.
  3. Within Hotmart Pages, go to My pages in the left side menu.
  4. On the next screen, locate the page you want to configure and click Edit or Create page.
  5. In the editor, click the gear icon to access Page settings.
  6. Select Scripts, choose the Body field, and click Add script.
  7. Give it a name to make it easier to identify, paste the code, and click Save.

Important: the floating button only appears on the published page.

❯ Link to direct WhatsApp conversation

You can also create a link that opens a conversation directly with your WhatsApp number.

The link format is: http://api.whatsapp.com/send?1=pt_BR&phone=YOURNUMBER.

Replace YOURNUMBER with the full number, including country code and area code, without spaces, parentheses, or hyphens.

Then, insert this link into a CTA button on the page by following the steps below:

  1. Access your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. In the side menu, click Marketing and then Page creator.
  3. Within Hotmart Pages, go to My pages in the left side menu.
  4. On the next screen, locate the page you want to configure and click Edit or Create page.
  5. In the editor, select the CTA button where you want to insert the link or click the + icon in the side menu to Add structures and elements.
  6. In the button settings, set the action to External link and paste the WhatsApp link.
  7. Customize the button as desired and publish the page.

Important: the link works on mobile devices or when the visitor has WhatsApp Web open.

To direct visitors to a WhatsApp group:

  1. Open the group in WhatsApp.
  2. Go to Group info and click Invite via link.
  3. Copy the generated link.

Then, insert this link into a CTA button on the page by following the steps below:

  1. Access your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. In the side menu, click Marketing and then Page creator.
  3. Within Hotmart Pages, go to My pages in the left side menu.
  4. On the next screen, locate the page you want to configure and click Edit or Create page.

How to add Telegram to my page?

Telegram can also be used as a communication channel on pages created with Hotmart Pages. Below, check how to generate these links on Telegram and how to correctly insert them into your Hotmart Pages page:

To allow visitors to start a direct conversation with you on Telegram, you need to use your account username.

To find it, go to your profile settings on Telegram and identify your username. Then, create the link to open the conversation directly.

The link format is: https://t.me/YOURUSERNAME.

Replace YOURUSERNAME with the name shown on your Telegram profile.

Then, insert this link into a CTA button on the page by following the steps below:

  1. Access your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. In the side menu, click Marketing and then Page creator.
  3. Within Hotmart Pages, go to My pages in the left side menu.
  4. On the next screen, locate the page you want to configure and click Edit or Create page.
  5. In the editor, select the CTA button where you want to insert the link or click the + icon in the side menu to Add structures and elements.
