The AI-powered lead capture funnel automatically creates a contact capture sequence made up of four parts:
- Capture page, where the visitor enters their information.
- Sign-up form, integrated into the flow.
- Automated email, delivering the reward.
- Thank-you page, shown after the sign-up.
During setup, the artificial intelligence uses some information you provide to generate the initial copy for the pages and the email. This structure serves as a starting point and can be reviewed and adjusted before publishing.
This feature is especially recommended for those who want to create a simple funnel without having to manually configure each step separately.
What do I need to know before creating the funnel?
Before starting the setup, it’s important to define what reward you will offer to the visitor. The reward is the free content delivered after the form is completed and should be relevant to the audience you want to attract.
This reward can be made available through an access link, which can direct users to content hosted on Hotmart Player, YouTube, or cloud storage services. This link will be automatically sent by email as soon as the visitor completes the sign-up.
How to create a lead capture funnel with artificial intelligence?
To create the funnel, follow the steps below:
- Access your account through the link http://app.hotmart.com
- In the side menu, click Marketing and then Page creator.
- On the Hotmart Pages home screen, find the section What would you like to do?
- Then select the option Create lead capture funnel with AI.
- You will be taken to the Lead capture Funnel screen.
- In the Initial settings step, click Set up and define:
- The kind of reward (free content) you will offer.
- Reward description.
- Access link to the reward.
- Tone of voice of the communication.
- Colors that best match your business.
- Then click Save.
- In the Lead capture page step, click Start and:
- Customize the title and button text, as well as your page colors.
- Configure the form fields by clicking the pencil icon to add, remove, or adjust fields according to your needs.
- After making the adjustments, click Publish to proceed.
- In the Reward email step, click Start and:

- If needed, use the test send option and then select Finish.
- In the Thank you page step, click Start and:
- Choose the template, define the title and subtitle, customize the colors, and, if desired, add a button with a redirect to another channel.
- When finished, click Save page.
- With all steps completed, click Publish funnel, review the page URLs, and confirm publication. If you have a custom domain, you’ll be able to select it.
After publishing, use the Go to published page option to test the capture page.
Important: if you need to make adjustments after publishing, the funnel must be paused. After editing, simply publish it again for the changes to take effect.

Once the capture page starts receiving traffic, the following metrics become available:
- Capture page views: number of visits to the page.
- Captured leads: total number of contacts who filled out the form. These leads automatically receive a tag in Hotmart Send.
- Opened emails: number of reward delivery emails that were opened.
- Email button clicks: number of clicks on the button included in the email.

Important points about how the funnel works
Some rules help clarify how the AI-powered capture funnel works:
- The initial settings guide the funnel creation and are defined at the beginning of the process. After that, only the reward access link can be updated.
- The funnel uses its own form, automatically created during setup. This form is part of the funnel structure and cannot be replaced, linked to another form, or deleted.
- Currently, each account can have only one AI-powered capture funnel published at a time.
Pages created by the funnel do not count toward the account’s page limit and can also be accessed later through the My pages option.
