How can I manage my Hotmart Pages and Send subscription?

Hotmart Pages and Hotmart Send are tools offered together within Hotmart Extensions plans. Through the subscription, you can create pages, send emails, and track usage limits, as well as manage plan and payment information.

How does the Hotmart Pages and Send subscription work?

Hotmart Pages and Hotmart Send are part of Hotmart Extensions and are purchased through a single subscription plan. By subscribing, you gain access to the features of both tools according to the limits and functionalities included in the selected plan.

This subscription defines not only which features are available, but also how billing, plan renewal, and access to the tools work within your Hotmart account. For this reason, all information related to Pages and Send is centralized in the My Extensions area, making it easier to manage your plan on a daily basis.

To subscribe to a Pages and Send plan, follow these steps:

  • Access your account through http://app.hotmart.com.
  • In the nine-dot menu located in the top-right corner, select My Extensions.
  • On the new page, click Discover plans, located at the top of the screen.
  • You will be redirected to the plans page. There, you can compare the available options, check the features included in each plan, and choose the subscription that best fits your needs.
  • After selecting the desired plan, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.

The features are enabled in the Hotmart account associated with the email used at the time of purchase. Therefore, before completing the subscription, it is important to confirm that you are logged in with the correct email.

 

Where can I find information about my Hotmart Pages and Send plan?

The management of your Hotmart Pages and Send subscription is done through the My Extensions area, available within your Hotmart account. In this space, you can track information about your active plan, review payment details, and make changes related to your subscription. To access it, follow these steps:

When accessing this area, you can view the details of your subscribed plan, track the usage of included resources, and access direct shortcuts to Hotmart Pages and Hotmart Send. You will also find information such as the renewal date, payment history, and options to switch or cancel your plan.

What information can I view in the My Extensions area?

On the main screen of the My Extensions area, general information about your subscribed plan is displayed. At the top of the page, you can see the usage limits of the resources included in your plan, such as the number of external domains, published pages, contact management, and the number of Automations available for sending emails. This information is also available within the tools themselves, both in Hotmart Pages and Hotmart Send.

Right below, the usage data for the plan’s resources is displayed, with consumption indicators and buttons that direct you to each tool. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the screen, there is also the Additional benefits section, where you can check active benefits linked to your plan, such as the exemption from withdrawal fees when using Extensions.

 

How can I update my subscription payment details?

If you need to change your card or update the payment method for your subscription, this process can be done directly through the My Extensions area. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Access your account through http://app.hotmart.com.
  2. In the nine-dot menu located in the top-right corner, select My Extensions.
  3. On the new page, access the side menu and click Account information.
  4. In the Payment information section, click Change payment method.
  5. On the new screen, the available options will be displayed according to the payment method used in your subscription. Choose whether you want to update your credit card or define a new payment method.
  6. Click Save to confirm. After validation, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Important: the new card or payment method will be used for the next billing cycle. If there is any pending payment on the subscription, the update will take effect as soon as the change is confirmed.

What payment methods can I use to pay for the subscription?

Hotmart Pages and Hotmart Send offer different payment methods for the subscription, which may vary depending on the country where the purchase is made. The available options are:

  • PIX: available only for purchases made in Brazil.
  • Credit card: we accept several brands, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ELO, Hipercard, JCB, and Discover.
  • Hotmart Balance: available only for users in Brazil, as long as the amount is available for withdrawal.
  • Bank slip: available for purchases in Brazil (Boleto Bancário), Chile (Sencillito), Colombia (Efecty), Mexico (OXXO), Peru (PagoEfectivo), and Portugal (Multibanco).
  • Bank debit: available for purchases made in the European Union (via SEPA) and in the United Kingdom (via BACS).

How do I change my Hotmart Pages and Send plan?

The plan change is also carried out through the My Extensions area. During this process, the system automatically considers the period already used in the current plan and applies the necessary adjustments to the amount charged.

At the time of the change, a prorated calculation is displayed, considering the time already used in the current plan. After confirmation, the resources of the new plan become available according to the subscription, and the full price of the new plan will apply at the next renewal. Therefore, it is important to carefully review all the information before completing the change.

To change your plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Access your account through http://app.hotmart.com.
  2. In the nine-dot menu, located in the top-right corner, select My Extensions.
  3. On the new page, use the side menu to access Prices and plans.
  4. Check the available options according to the plan you are currently using.
  5. Choose the desired plan and click Compare plans.
  6. A pop-up will be displayed with the comparison between the current plan and the new plan. Click Continue to proceed.
  7. Next, the amounts and the prorated calculation for the change will be displayed. To finish, click Yes, confirm plan migration.

After confirming the change, the update takes effect according to the conditions shown during the process.

When the change is made using a credit card, the installment option selected at the time of the change will also be maintained for future renewals. If it is necessary to update payment details, this must be done before requesting the plan change.

If you already have an active plan and purchase another one directly through the purchase page, the new purchase will be considered a new subscription, and not a plan change. Therefore, to correctly change your plan, it is important to follow the process described in this section.

In addition, once the change is confirmed, it is not possible to undo it or modify the payment method or the selected installment option. For this reason, it is recommended to review all the information displayed on the screen before completing the change.

What happens when I change my Hotmart Pages and Send plan?

When requesting a plan change for Hotmart Pages and Send, the system automatically performs the necessary calculations based on the current plan and the newly selected plan.

At the time of the change, the period already used in the current plan is considered. If there is a difference in pricing, the adjustment is applied proportionally. After confirming the change, the resources of the new plan become available according to the contracted conditions.

  • Create up to 5 pages and publish 1 page on Hotmart Pages, at no cost.
  • Send up to 300 emails per month on Hotmart Send.

What should I do if I purchase the plan with the wrong email?

If the purchase was made with an incorrect email or if you want to change the email linked to the plan, you need to contact Hotmart support. To do so:

  1. Click the Contact us button located at the end of this article.
  2. On the new page, select the option I am a creator and click Start request.
  3. In the Reason for contact field, choose Hotmart Pages and Send (Extensions).
  4. In Specify your request, select Change email .
  5. Describe your request and provide the correct email for the team to review.
Do I need to have the full amount available on the card for annual plans?

Yes. For plans with annual renewal, the credit card must have enough available limit for the full plan amount, even when the payment is made in installments.

For monthly plans, which renew automatically every 30 days, the charge is recurring and does not require the full plan amount to be available on the card.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your Hotmart Pages and Send subscription, the process is also done through the My Extensions area. After confirming the cancellation, you will receive an email with the details of your request.

At the end of the plan’s validity period, your account will switch to the free plan (Freemium). Published pages are automatically unpublished, but they remain saved in your account, allowing you to use them again in the future if you wish.

  • The payment method used in your subscription, along with the option to change it if you wish.
  • The history of recent payments, with a record of all transactions related to the subscription, including renewal or plan change attempts that were not completed.

In this same area, you can also access the details of each payment, view previous charges, download issued invoices, and cancel the subscription if you no longer wish to keep the plan.
