How do I cancel my Hotmart Pages and Send subscription?

Your Hotmart Pages and Send subscription can be canceled directly from your Hotmart account. Canceling it stops the plan from renewing while keeping your information saved for future use in case you want to subscribe again later.

How does canceling a Hotmart Pages and Send subscription work?

You can cancel your subscription through the My Extensions area in your Hotmart account. Once you request cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period or until the refund is completed, when applicable.

After cancellation:

  • Your account moves to the free (Freemium) plan at the end of the billing period or after the refund is completed, when applicable.
  • Any pages that were published are automatically unpublished, but they remain saved in your account.
  • You can use those pages again in the future if you decide to reactivate your subscription. 

 

How do I cancel my Hotmart Pages and Send subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at http://app.hotmart.com
  2. In the nine-dot menu in the upper-right corner, click My extensions.
  3. On the next page, use the side menu to go to Account information.
  4. At the bottom of the page, find the cancellation section and click Cancel.
  5. In the window that appears, check the confirmation box and continue with the cancellation.
  6. Then answer the survey and confirm the action by clicking Cancel subscription.

Once the process is complete, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email letting you know that your subscription has been canceled.

Important: Since this is a subscription, a refund only applies to the initial purchase transaction, as long as it is still within the guarantee period, which is 7 days after the first payment.
