How to configure Hotmart automatic reports?
The Reports Submission feature allows Producers to receive automatic reports by email containing information about their activities on Hotmart. With this feature, you can regularly monitor sales, subscriptions, installment payments, renewals, and transaction declines without having to manually access the platform to check this information.
How do I configure report delivery?
- Log in to the platform using the following link: https://sso.hotmart.com/login
- In the side menu, click Tools > Manage your business.
- On the available tools screen, select Report submission.
- Choose the report you want to configure and click the arrow to expand the options.
- Select the delivery frequency:

Daily: the daily report will be sent starting tomorrow.

Weekly: the weekly report will be sent starting next Monday.

Monthly: the monthly report will be sent starting on the next 1st day of the month.
- Choose how you want to receive the report:
- As a .CSV file sent to the email address registered with Hotmart;
- As a .CSV file sent to other email address(es);
- As a .JSON file sent to the registered URL(s).
- Enable the desired report using the toggle next to the report name.
- Finally, click Save.
Which reports are available?
The following reports are currently available:
❯ Overall Sales Report
Displays details of transactions created or updated during the selected period. Includes information about buyers, product name, subscriptions, and other sales data.

❯ Subscriptions Report
Lists subscriptions created or updated during the selected period. Includes information about subscribers, subscription code, subscription status, and other relevant details.

❯ Smart Installments Report
Contains transactions with Smart Installments created during the selected period. Includes information about buyers, products, and installment due dates.

❯ Subscription Renewals Summary
Provides an overview of subscription renewals, including paid renewals, unpaid renewals due to overdue or expired bank slips, cancellations, and other relevant information.
This is a summary report, meaning it provides quantitative data without individual transaction details.

❯ Subscription Renewals in Detail
Provides detailed information about subscription renewals, including subscriber data, amount, recurrence number, and payment status.
This is an analytical report, meaning it provides detailed information about each renewal.

❯ New Subscriptions in Detail
Lists subscriptions whose enrollment date occurred within the reporting period. Includes detailed information about the subscriber and the offer.

❯ Subscriptions with Cards Nearing Expiration
Displays subscribers whose payment cards are close to expiring and who have an upcoming subscription charge.
The report includes subscribers with cards nearing expiration as well as subscribers whose cards will expire before the next subscription renewal.

❯ Reasons for Declined Transactions
Provides an overview of transaction decline reasons, grouped by month and year, including the success rate percentage. This report helps track the absolute and relative number of failures by decline type.
