Important: Facebook and Instagram use the same pixel. Therefore, you do not need to create a separate configuration for each platform.
How do I find my Meta Pixel ID?
Before configuring the pixel on Hotmart, you need to locate the ID of the pixel created in your Meta account. To find this information, follow the steps below:
- Access Meta Events Manager.
- Select the data source you want to use.
- Locate your Meta Pixel identifier.
- Copy the number displayed. You will use this code during the setup process on Hotmart.

How do I configure the Meta Pixel in Hotmart?
After copying the Pixel ID, follow the steps below to complete the integration:
- Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
- In the left-side menu, click Tools and then Show all.
- Select Tracking Pixel.
- Choose the product that will receive the configuration.
- Click the Facebook + Instagram option.
- Paste the Pixel ID and click Continue.
- Select the event types you want to track.
- In the same step, review the advanced settings available for the pixel. When finished, click Continue.
- To complete the process, click Save.
