What are Hotmart Badges?

Hotmart tracks the activity of affiliates and producers on the platform and recognizes important milestones in each user’s journey through Hotmart Badges.

Badges are virtual recognitions automatically unlocked when certain goals are reached, such as number of sales, commission volume, or product temperature. They help you track your growth within the platform.

In this article, you’ll learn where to view your Badges, how they work, which criteria are considered for each one, and answers to common questions about the topic.

Where can I view my Badges?

To access your Badges:

  1. Log in to your account at: https://app.hotmart.com/.
  2. Click on your image icon on the upper right-hand corner of the menu 
  3. Select My Account.
  4. On this page, click on Badges and there you will see all the available options.

On this page, you can view:

  • unlocked Badges;
  • available Badges on the platform;
  • descriptions and criteria for each Badge.

 

What are Hotmart Badges?

Whenever you reach a notable milestone, you’ll receive a badge. Check out all of them below:

Registration completed!

Badge awarded to users with a fully completed profile on Hotmart.

Pioneering

Recognition for users who were among the first people to register on the platform.

Seller | Beginner

Awarded to users who made at least one sale on Hotmart.

Seller | Level Up

Available to users who reached more than 50 sales.

Seller | Victorious

Badge awarded to users who reached 100 sales.

Referral | Level Up

Badge awarded to users who have been with Hotmart since the start and invited at least 10 people to join the platform.

Referral | Victorious

Badge awarded to users who invited at least 25 people who became Hotmart users a few years ago. This badge can no longer be earned.

Net Revenue | Beginner

Awarded to users who earned more than:

  • BRL 100 in commissions;
  • 25 euros;
  • or 30 dollars.
Net Revenue | Next Level

Available to users who earned more than:

  • BRL 1,000 in commissions;
  • 250 euros;
  • or 300 dollars.
Net Revenue | Victory

Badge for creators who earned more than:

  • BRL 10,000 in commissions;
  • 2,500 euros;
  • or 3,000 dollars.
40°

Badge awarded to products that reach a temperature of 40 degrees.

Ninja

Recognition awarded to users who moved more than BRL 10,000 in less than 24 hours. This badge is only available for transactions in Brazilian reais.

Sahara Sun

Available for products that reach a temperature of 50 degrees.

Best Seller

Recognition for creators who reach a temperature of 60 degrees with at least one product.

70°

Badge for products that exceed a temperature of 70 degrees.

80°

Awarded to products that reach a temperature of 80 degrees.

90°

Recognition for products that reach a temperature of 90 degrees.

100°

The highest Badge for products that reach a temperature of 100 degrees.

Certified Agency

Badge for agencies certified by the Hotmart Partnership Program.

 

How are Badges unlocked?

Hotmart automatically assigns Badges when the required criteria are met. You don’t need to submit a request or contact support to receive them.

After you meet the requirements, there may be a processing period before the medal appears in your account.

 

FAQ

Do Badges include a physical prize?

No. Hotmart Badges are digital recognition badges displayed within the platform.

Do I need to request a Badge?

No. All medals are unlocked automatically when the requirements are met.

What’s the difference between Badges and programs like Journey, Stars, and Legacy?

Badges are digital medals related to performance within the platform. Programs like Hotmart Journey, Stars, and Legacy have their own criteria, benefits, and rules.

I didn’t receive a Badge even though I believe I met the requirement. What should I do?

Check whether:

  • the requirement was actually completed;
  • the sales or transactions have already been processed;
  • the specific criteria for the Badge were met.
