If you reside in a country other than Brazil, the process for registering a bank account also applies to you.
This means that, to begin the registration process, you must have made your first sale on our platform and have all your registration information verified and approved. Once the sale is complete, the bank account registration form will become available. Please note that the form may vary depending on the country where your bank account is registered.
Important information:
- Your bank account must be registered in the same country where you reside. It is not possible to register bank accounts from countries different from the one registered on the platform.
- If you need to change your documentation and have a balance in your account, you must withdraw all available funds before making any changes.
❯ To set up your bank account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account via the link https://app.hotmart.com/.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your profile picture and select My account.
- Within My account, click on the Financial information tab and then select New account.
- As a security measure, confirm the password you use to access your Hotmart account.
- After confirming your password, you must enter the verification code sent to the email address registered in your Hotmart account. Remember to check your inbox, spam and junk mail.

In the registration form, fill in the Name of the Recipient field with the same information as your Hotmart account data.
a. If you are registering an account in Colombia, click here for the next steps. For an account in Mexico, click here. - In the Account type field, enter the account number (up to 24 characters).
- Enter the BIC-SWIFT code.

In Bank statement, upload a clear image of a bank statement that shows the bank’s logo or name, your name, document, and account number.
- Accepted documents include an income statement, account ownership certificate, or full bank statement (not just the header). Credit card images, deposit slips, or transfer receipts are not accepted.
- Confirm that the bank account belongs to the same holder as the Hotmart account and click Send account for approval.
After submission, our team will verify your account within 5 business days.
❯ To delete a registered bank account, follow these steps:
- On the My account page, click on the Financial information tab.
- Find the account you want to delete, click on the three-dot menu under Actions, and select Remove.
- If you want to register a new account after deleting one, click on New account and follow the same steps as before.
Specific scenarios
❯ Colombia
To register a bank account and withdraw your balance in Colombian Pesos (COP), you will need an account that accepts COP and is listed in the local registration form. If your bank is not on the list, you will need to register as an International Bank by clicking on the link above the Name of the Recipient field.
The registration steps for bank accounts in Colombia are the same as those indicated up to step 6 in the previous section. Starting from step 7, the process may vary depending on the type of account holder:
- Individual registration: Fill in the fields Name of the Recipient, Document type, Document number, Bank, Account type, and Account number.
- Business registration: In addition to the fields mentioned above, you will need to upload a bank verification document. This document can be an income statement, account ownership certificate, or full bank statement (not just the header).
After completing all required fields, confirm that the bank account belongs to the same holder as the Hotmart account and click Send account for approval. Our team will verify your account within 5 business days.
❯ Mexico
To register a bank account and withdraw your balance in Mexican Pesos (MXN), complete the full form. If you wish to receive payments in US Dollars (USD), you will need to register as an International Bank by clicking on the link next to the Bank field.
The registration steps for bank accounts in Mexico are the same as those indicated up to step 6 in the previous section. Starting from step 7, follow the instructions below to complete the form:
- After selecting the bank, enter the Account number and Name of the Recipient/Company name.
- In Bank statement, upload a clear image of a bank statement showing the bank’s logo or name, your name, document, and account number. Examples include an income statement, account ownership certificate, or full bank statement (not just the header). Credit card images, deposit slips, or transfer receipts are not accepted.
- Confirm that the bank account belongs to the same holder as the Hotmart account and click Send account for approval.
