How do I change my access password?

To access your Hotmart account, you need to have a registered email and an access password.

The email used to access the platform is the one you entered on the payment page when you purchased your product, if you are a buyer. Now, if you are a creator or affiliate, your login email is the one you provided when registering your new account.

The password for accessing your Hotmart account is unique, personal and non-transferable, regardless of whether you are a buyer, creator and/or affiliate. It guarantees access to the platform and, for this reason, it is very important that you remember it very carefully. This password, besides being your pass to a personalized and exclusive environment, provides security and protection to your user data.

If you suspect that unauthorized individuals are trying to access your account or if you have forgotten the password you registered, you can reset it by following the instructions in this article.

If you do not remember your password to log in and access your account, you can reset it by following these steps.

  1. Access this link and click on I forgot my password.
  2. On the new page, enter your email registered on the platform.
  3. An email verification will be sent to this email that you provided. Open the email and click on Enter new password.
  4. A new page will open, and you'll need to enter the new password.
  5. To confirm the action, click on Save.
  6. All set! Your new password will be reset!

If you have access to your account and want to reset your password, just follow the steps indicated below:

  1. Access your Hotmart account by clicking here.
  2. After accessing, go to the upper right corner of your dashboard and click on the profile picture. The following steps may vary if you are a creator or buyer:
    If you are a creator: select the first option My account and then click on Security and privacy. Finally, select the option Change password.
    If you are a buyer: select the first option Settings and account and then click on Change password.
  3. A new page will open automatically, and you'll need to enter your password. In the first field, enter your current password (the one you already use to access your account). Then, type your new password in the second field and, finally, enter the new password again in the third field for confirmation.
  4. To confirm the action, click on Save.
  5. All set! Your new password will be reset!

It is important to wait at least 30 minutes after requesting password recovery before making a new request. Check your inbox and also the spam or junk folder to ensure that you have received the automatic notification. To ensure the receipt of our communications, it is essential to authorize the receipt of emails from our platform, avoiding that your access messages are blocked or classified as spam.
