E-mail services like Gmail or Hotmail have security configurations which pre-read e-mails and filter them in folders: inbox, trash, spam etc.
Depending on these configurations, our e-mails may be redirected to your trash or spam folders. You must set up our e-mail address as a valid address so you can receive our e-mails directly in your inbox.
So, if you're not receiving our information e-mails, the first step is to check these configurations and see if the e-mails didn't end up in your trash or spam. If your e-mail is not configured properly for a long time, our system will automatically stop sending you e-mails.
