How to delete my personal information from Hotmart?

To request the deletion of your personal information, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Privacy Center by clicking here.
  2. Select Contact reason as Delete my personal information.
  3. Fill in your name and email address.
  4. Write your message, providing details about your request.
  5. Specify the country where you are located, as well as your preferred language.
  6. Finally, click Send request.

Your request will be sent to the Hotmart team, who will then contact you.

Attention! A personal information deletion request is different from a request to close your account. 

The deletion of personal information means that all the information Hotmart has collected about you, such as your name, email, and other previously provided data, will be deleted in accordance with privacy laws. Closing your account only deactivates your access to our service, but some personal information may be retained, as it is possible to reactivate an account after closing it.
