How to change the language of the members area for the product I purchased?

When you purchase an online course hosted on Hotmart Club, Hotmart’s members area, the platform’s language might be different from what you prefer. If this happens, you can easily adjust the language setting.

To change the language, follow these steps below: 

  1. Log in to your account via https://consumer.hotmart.com/.
  2. In the My purchases menu, select the product hosted on Hotmart Club.
  3. On the product page, click on the round icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Click on the Language option and choose your preferred language.

Once selected, the page will reload, and the platform (menus and buttons) will appear in the chosen language.

Important: This change only affects the Hotmart Club interface, meaning menus and buttons. The course content (videos, texts, materials) will remain in the original language set by the creator, as they control that part directly.

Additional information

  • For videos, you can adjust the subtitles to your preferred language if the creator has made this option available. Check this article on how to activate subtitles for more details.
