The Hotmart Members Area features a new navigation experience designed to simplify product management and support your business growth. The side menu is now adaptive and progressive, automatically revealing tabs and submenus according to the current stage of your account.

What is the new Members Area menu and why did it change?
The new Members Area menu organizes platform tools into expandable dropdown groups progressively. Instead of displaying a list with all options at once, the interface unlocks tabs and submenus as your product advances.
The purpose of this update is to simplify your initial experience on the platform and support your journey. By presenting advanced tools only at the right time for your business, navigation becomes more straightforward and focused on the essential steps for publishing and selling your product.
How are menu options unlocked in your account?
Tabs and submenus are unlocked automatically as your account evolves. The structure is divided into four main phases:
0 published products: the dashboard guides you along the path focused on creating and publishing your first product.
1st published product: the side menu unlocks the initial structure consisting of Home, Products, Communities (My communities), Management (Members), Boost (Tools), and Customization (Appearance and General settings).
1st sale made: new advanced submenus are unlocked automatically. The Communities tab starts displaying Messages; the Management tab unlocks Moderation, Schedule, and Gamification; and the Boost tab adds Performance.
2nd published product (or more): the Boost tab unlocks the Bundles option and all the submenus for 1st sale made.
How to locate tools in the new menu?
❯ To access a tool in your Members Area, follow these steps:
Log in to the Hotmart platform: https://app.hotmart.com.
Go to Products > Members Area and access the desired Members Area.
In the left side menu, you will now see the new experience!
