At Hotmart, we understand that not all your personal information needs to be visible to your customers. That's why we offer the option to create a Public Profile, where you can choose what information to share on your product page and on communities. This way, you control what your buyers can see.
❯ To set up your Public Profile, follow these steps:
- Log into your Hotmart account via this link: http://app.hotmart.com.
- At the top, click on My account.
- Inside your account, select the Public Profile tab.
- In the Public Profile, you can customize the following information:
- Profile name: the name that will be shown to your buyers.
- Description: a brief text about you or your business to build buyer trust.
- Public profile picture: add a photo that represents you or your brand.
- Additionally, you can choose to:
- Display the total number of courses and the approximate number of students you have on Hotmart Club by selecting Use my Hotmart Members Area numbers.
- Add direct links to your social media, allowing buyers to learn more about you.
- After adjusting the settings as desired, click Save.
With your Public Profile set up, your buyers will be able to view your information when purchasing your product, giving them more confidence and security in their purchase.
