  2. In the left-side menu, click on Tools and then Show all.

  4. Click on the blue icon with the + symbol to upload new videos.
  5. Choose the video you want to upload and select the folder where it will be stored. The maximum allowed size per video is up to 20GB.

Click here to check the upload status of your video.

After confirming the upload, you can track its progress using the green bar below the file name. Once the upload is complete, the video will go through an optimization process that automatically adjusts the resolution and format to ensure the best quality and delivery speed for your students. You’ll know the upload is complete, and the video is being processed when the green progress bar changes to a gray loading icon next to the file name.

When the process is finished, a green check icon will appear, indicating that the optimization was successfully completed. At that point, the video will be integrated into your Video Library and ready to be added to your products.

Important: Processing time may vary depending on the size and number of files you’ve uploaded. You don’t need to stay connected to the platform during this time. Once the upload is complete, you can close the screen or log out, and the processing will continue in the background.

Frequently asked questions

I think my video upload is frozen. What should I do?

If you think your video upload is frozen, it’s important to know that the process happens in two stages:

  1. File upload: During this phase, you can track the progress using the green bar below the file name.
  2. Optimization process: This stage begins right after the upload is completed. You’ll know the upload is finished, and the video is being processed when the green bar is replaced by a gray loading icon next to the file name.

The optimization time can vary depending on the size and number of files, as well as your connection speed. Because of this, it might seem like the process is frozen or stuck.

If the upload seems stuck during the green bar phase, we recommend checking your internet connection. However, if it happens in the next phase, when the gray loading icon appears, there’s no need to worry.

During the optimization process, you don’t need to keep the upload screen open or stay connected. The processing will continue in the background, and once it’s done, the video will be added to your Video Library, ready to be included in your products.

If my internet disconnects during an upload, will I lose the progress?

If your internet connection drops while the upload is in progress—meaning while the green bar is moving—the upload will be interrupted. However, if the connection drops during the optimization process, it won’t affect the upload.
