When can I withdraw my commissions?

As soon as you make sales on the platform, the next step is to withdraw the generated commissions. To do this, you need to register your bank account and check which amounts are already available for withdrawal.

In this article, you will find the rules for withdrawing money from sales made on our platform. Below, we detail the different aspects and timeframes for the release of commissions, as well as answer some common questions about the withdrawal process.


How soon can I withdraw my commissions?

All paid sales are accounted for in your balance, but they will be fully integrated progressively according to the approval dates in the system. The integration is the processing time for the value to be available in your balance, considering eventual processes such as warranty period, refunds and purchase cancellations.

The withdrawal timeframes vary depending on the currency in which you make your sales. Here are the specific details for Producers and Affiliates:

  • Producers and Affiliates who generate commission in currencies other than Brazilian Real (BRL): Can withdraw the money starting 15 calendar days after the sale, considering the guarantee period.
  • Producers and Affiliates who generate commission in Brazilian Real (BRL): Can withdraw the commission money starting 30 calendar days from the date of the sale.


How to check the available amount for withdrawal?

You can check the available amounts directly on the platform. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Hotmart account via https://app.hotmart.com/
  2. In the left side menu, click on Wallet.
  3. Click on Statement and then select a recent period, for example, the last 30 days.
  4. If you don't see values on the screen, click on the eye icon to display them.


How does the withdrawal of sales made through Smart Installments work?

If your customer is paying through a Smart Installments plan, you will only be able to withdraw the installments that have already been paid.

The first payment will have a minimum withdrawal period according to the integration rules (the period it takes for you to see the amount available for withdrawal). However, future payments will have a withdrawal period of 7 days. This means that, after the first payment processed in a smart installment plan, future payments will be available for withdrawal in 7 days, instead of 15, 21, or 30 days, depending on the guarantee period.
