When your course is hosted in Hotmart’s members area, each lesson includes a comment section where learners can ask questions or share suggestions. Engaging with these comments is a great way to boost interaction and improve the learning experience. The Moderation Center helps streamline this process.
The Moderation Center in Hotmart Club is a dedicated section inside your members area that lets creators and their team manage, organize, and respond to user comments on course lessons and community content.
❯ To manage comments using the Moderation Center, follow these steps:
- Go to https://app.hotmart.com/ and log in.
- From the left-side menu, click Products, then select Members Area.
- Choose the members area you want to manage.
- In the left menu, click Moderation.
- Use the filters to find comments from your members area. You can filter by pending, approved, hidden and spam.
- When you click a comment, you’ll see more details on the right side of the screen, including:
- Course, module, and lesson names.
- User’s name, comment date, group, and the message itself.
- Reply status, available actions, and comment history.
- Click the three-dot menu next to a comment to choose how you want to manage it:
- Approve – Makes the comment and reply visible to everyone.
- Hide – Only the person who commented will see the reply.
- Spam – Removes the comment from public view. It stays hidden but can be reviewed again later.
- To view the comment directly in the product, click See more to open the corresponding lesson.
❯ Replying to Comments, using the Moderation Center:
- On the Moderation Centers page, click on a comment, then click in Reply under the comment.
- Type your message and click Publish. If the comment already has a reply, a Replied tag will appear just below it.
