How to conduct unified user management at Hotmart Club

If you have more than one product, you can manage all your students in the same place, regardless of how many of your products they have, through unified user management.

To learn how to use it, follow the steps below:

1. Access and log in to Hotmart using the link: https://app.hotmart.com/
2. Click on Products, on the left side menu
3. Then, click Hotmart Club
4. Within your members’ area, on the left side menu, click Users

Within this tab, you can:

• Filter information by a specific user
• Filter information by specific product(s)
• Access students' overall progress and by product
• Access overall student engagement and by product

You can also resend access to your students. To do this, simply click on the 3 dots next to the desired username and click on “resend access”.
