What should I do if I don’t recognize a charge on my statement?

Hotmart is a platform that manages the sales and distribution of digital products registered in our system.  

If a charge with Hotmart’s name appears on your statement, check if you purchased a digital product within the last month that could have been intermediated by our platform. 

The charge on the statement could also be under the name of the product. For example, if the product you purchased is called Learn how to be a Producer, the charge could appear as HTM*HT LEARNHOWPRO

Charges generated by Hotmart appear on statements in the following form: HTM*HT LEARNHOWPRO

You didn’t make this purchase?

Check if the purchase wasn’t made by a family member or friend who might have access to your card. 

After this, if you still don’t recognize the purchase, get in touch with our Customer Support with the subject title of FRAUDULENT CHARGE.

You must give the following informations:

  • Complete Name 
  • Purchase Date 
  • Last 4 numbers on card
  • Card Company (Mastercard, Visa, ...)
