How to setup checkout notifications?

Hotmart’s made the option available to inform customers about who else is interested in your product! 

This feature can increase sales conversions as it incentivizes them to ensure their spot while endorsing the product’s reputation.

They appear as messages like the one on the left-hand side of the images below:

To enable this function, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Log in to the platform
  2. On the left side menu, select
  3.  Click the tab
  4.  Select the product you want
  5. Click
  6. Select which message you’d like to show buyers and the starting number of people this message will be shown to: For example: if you choose the message “People interested within the last 24 hours,” and then choose a starting number of 20 buyers, the message will appear only after 20 people have bought in the last 24 hours.    

 The five types of notification available are:

 

  • Purchases made on the last week
  • Interested buyers in the last 24 hours
  • Interested buyers in the last week
  • Buyers who bought the product in the past 10 minutes
  • Purchases made in the last 24 hours

You can add as many notifications as you’d like among the five available! However, the same notification can’t be added twice.

There’s more! In the checkout settings, you can enable a confirmation email. This means that buyers will have to enter their email twice, in two different fields to make sure they didn’t type their email incorrectly and lose access to the product.
