Now, you can quickly and easily change your buyers’ email directly on our platform, without needing to contact customer support.
Check out the step-by-step guide below:
- Access your Hotmart account here: https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
- On the side menu, find Sales and then click on Overview
- Find the buyer who wants to change their email and click on the three dots in the actions column, and then click on Details
- Next click on Customer’s Information
- Enter the new email and click Save
- Important: contact the buyer to let them know their email was changed
Important rules for changing emails:
- Approved purchase status;
- Buyer has never accessed the system;
- New buyer email already registered on the platform;
- Buyer does not have purchases from other creators;
- Buyer is strictly a buyer, i.e., not a creator or affiliate;
- The current date must be no more than 25 days after the purchase was made available to the buyer.
