How to manage posts and comments in your Hotmart Club communities?

Within your communities in Hotmart Club, you have the ability to manage posts and comments according to your preferences and in this article, we will teach you how.

To manage posts in your communities, follow the instructions below:

  1. Access your Hotmart account through the link: https://app.hotmart.com/
  2. In the side menu, choose Products.
  3. Click on Hotmart Club and select your members area.
  4. Within Hotmart Club, click on Preview, in the center-right of the screen.
  5. In your showcase, click on the top left menu and select the desired community.
  6. In each post, you will find a three-dot icon in the top right corner. By clicking on this icon, you will see options to pin the post at the top of the community, block comments, block the member who created the post, or delete the post.

  • To add an emoji as a response, click the emoji button located in the bottom left corner of the post.
  • To reply to a comment, click on the comments text bar.
  • To view a detailed post and access the replies thread, click on the main post. There, you can like and reply to comments.
  • By clicking in the top right corner of each comment, you will find options to delete the comment or block the user from the community.
